Our principals were active in the acquisition and management of RTC assets during the last substantial real estate market correction as well as managing and working out loan assets for the RTC. As a result we are quite familiar with those processes.

Services we offer include:
Loan Workouts -  management of the loan workout process. If you are an investor who has placed money into private loans and you need help getting control of the real estate, we can help. Or if you are a lender with collateral in Texas and would like the increased control and effectiveness of local asset management we provide the answer.

Property and REO Management - Travis Street Partners can help you with management of real estate properties or management of the marketing process for those properties. This includes identifying and managing real estate agents to effectively market your property in a difficult environment.

Construction Completion -  Our principals and/or employees have overseen numerous construction projects and can help you bring a property to completion and get it on the market in a reasonable time frame and at fair pricing.  We have a sister company that can provide capital for construction completion on a venture, or loan, or hybrid basis to get projects, that are stalled due to lack of capital, completed and moving forward again.
